Driving Success and Innovation: The Power of Knowledge Sharing

Fostering Knowledge Sharing in a Diverse Society
Living in a society characterized by a multitude of perspectives and complexities, the importance of knowledge sharing cannot be overstated. It is essential for information to flow, reach governments and mayors, and contribute to the betterment of life. This was the central theme of a session led by various leaders who stressed the significance of adapting strategies based on the unique conditions of each municipality.
Adapting to Unique Conditions
The session emphasized the need to adjust strategies according to the unique conditions of each municipality. This approach allows for the efficient allocation of resources and addresses pressing issues more effectively. Dr. Raciel Lima Orozco, Coordinator of the Food Production group, insisted that daily activities could be modified based on these conditions and should be incorporated into their respective administrations’ work systems.
Role of Social and Humanistic Sciences
Another crucial subject discussed during the session was the contribution of social and humanistic sciences to contemporary times. Dr. Yamila Roque Doval, the current director of the Center for Community Studies at the Central University Marta Abreu de Las Villas, underlined the importance of these disciplines, which were previously undervalued and categorized as miscellaneous.
Shattering Ageism and Harnessing Potential
Dr. Roque Doval highlighted the importance of each territory’s actions in ensuring sustainable development. She emphasized the need to shatter ageism in society, reminding that growing old is not a misfortune but a privilege. Many elders have shown an extraordinary and inexhaustible capacity to share and continue life. The province’s scientific potential was also underscored, with a focus on the Central University and the Medical University’s wealth for corresponding articulations.
Science as a Platform to Solve Economic Problems
One of the main objectives of this group is the implementation of work results to the impact of population dynamics aimed at economic and social development. Dr. Erenio González Suárez, coordinator of the Industry Group in the PCP, stressed that conducting science should not be seen as a trend, but as a platform to solve the country’s economic problems. Among the strategies discussed were actions with Electrochemical of Sagua la Grande in formulating business projects that justify investments for new products to be introduced next year.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the session underscored the importance of adapting strategies to different conditions in each municipality and the need to value social and humanistic sciences. The need to break with ageism, harness scientific potential in the province, and see science as a platform to solve economic problems was also highlighted. In a rapidly changing world, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration are key to addressing challenges and driving innovative solutions.
