Saudi Arabia launches initiative to recruit Indonesian house workers

A recruitment initiative to hire Indonesian domestic workers has been launched by Saudi Arabia’s human resources and recruitment companies.

Under this initiative, the recruitment cost and fees of human resource companies amounted to SR19,900, excluding value-added tax (VAT).

The recruitment process will be initiated on payment of the recruitment fee in a monthly instalment of SR1750. The employer and the worker will also be able to renew a 24-month contract if they want.
