Man poisons family in Karachi due to poverty and unemployment, kills 2-year-old daughter

A man in Karachi, facing poverty and unemployment, allegedly poisoned his wife and children and attempted suicide in a tragic incident.

According to rescue sources, Azhar administered poison to his family before rescue teams rushed them to a hospital in Sujrani Town Sector 10.

Tragically, a two-year-old girl lost her life, while the other three family members are undergoing treatment.

Azhar, who used to work in a factory, had been struggling to find employment after losing his job.

Neighbors stated that the family was residing in a rented house. Despite his efforts to support his family, the man resorted to such a drastic step when he was unable to find a job.
