NYSC: Uba Promises To Restore Scheme’s Integrity

The Acting Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (@officialnyscng), Christy Uba, has promised to restore the integrity of the scheme that was initiated to promote peace and mutual respect within the country.

She gave the assurance while speaking at the opening ceremony of the 2022 Combined Press and Public Relations, Protocol Officers, and Freedom of Information Desk Officers Workshop.

She said, “We want to restore the confidence of the staff and the corps members so that they know nothing has changed at NYSC. We still remain the scheme that has remained visible for some time now, nothing has changed.”

The NYSC most senior Director and Director of Information and Communications Technology was recently appointed in an acting capacity following the sack of the former Director-General, Brigadier-General Muhammad Fadah, by President Muhammadu Buhari (@MBuhari).
