Street taken over by hoodlums who intimidate voters in Lagos, warning them against voting for other parties
A group of thugs, allegedly affiliated with the APC government, have taken control of a street and are cautioning the electorate not to vote for any party other than APC in the state.
In a video circulating online, the individuals can be seen roaming the area in groups, pressuring people to vote for Sanwo-Olu as their preferred candidate. They went on to advise anyone not voting for Sanwo-Olu to remain indoors and spend the day sleeping.
These APC thugs were witnessed roaming the streets, threatening people who they suspected might not vote for their party, stating, “If you don’t want to vote for APC, stay in your house.” The police in the state have dismissed their actions as a mere joke in an interview given yesterday.
