Ballot Boxes and Papers Retrieved from Drainage System in Lagos, Nigeria

Ballot boxes and papers found in drainage system in Lagos’ Ajeromi Ifelodun Area have been sun-dried for use.

The origin of the materials and how they ended up in the drainage is unknown, and there are suspicions that thugs may have snatched them.

A voice can be heard in a video demanding that the papers be arranged so that people who haven’t voted can vote again.

However, the polling units remain calm, as voting is still ongoing, and counting of votes has begun in areas where voting has ended.
