The Moroccan export trade union, ASMEX set major goals as they held an annual meeting with the Swiss Import Union

The Moroccan Exporters Association (ASMEX) hosted the annual meeting of the SIPPO program’s country coordination committee (CCC) yesterday in Casablanca, and the Swiss Import Promotion Program was present.

The Moroccan Association of Exporters hosted the annual meeting of the Country Coordination Committee (CCC) of the SIPPO program (Swiss Import Promotion Programme) in Casablanca (ASMEX).

An event that brought together representatives from the program’s Moroccan partners, including ASMEX, FENIP (the National Federation of Fishing Industries), and AMITH (the Moroccan Association of Textile and Clothing Industries), who shared their vision, roadmap, goals and actions for the program’s second phase, and evaluation of the first year.

According to an ASMEX press release, this second phase is defined by several terms, including sustainability, digitalization, and the creation of synergies with a focus on new markets.

The meeting was opened by Rubiolo Gonzalez, section head of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) Bern – trade promotion.
