Moldova “will never be on the side of murderers” – Moldovan President

Moldovan President Maia Sandu categorically stated that her country “will never be on the side of murderers”

Referring to the Russian military operation in Ukraine, Sandu said, “Moldovans have never been and will never be on the side of the killers. We condemned Russia’s aggression against Ukraine from the first day of the war.”

She stressed on Russia’s plans to destabilize Moldova while attempting to overthrow the country’s constitutional order. She further talked about Russia’s interference in its internal affairs, and the propaganda and disinformation that came with it.

She underscored the importance for Moldovans to know “who are our friends and who are our enemies” and extended her full support to Ukraine.
