The targeted organization is suspected of being involved in various illicit activities, including large-scale cocaine trafficking, weapons offenses, and illegal detention. The investigation, overseen by a judge in Mechelen, has led to the arrest of a 52-year-old woman from Putte. The search of her residence yielded the confiscated weapons and other incriminating evidence.

The arrested woman is scheduled to appear in court in Mechelen on Tuesday, May 30, where she will face charges related to her alleged involvement with the criminal organization. The authorities are likely to present the seized firearms, grenade, magazines, ammunition, and work clothes as evidence during the court proceedings
