Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev claimed that Armenia has not yet learned the lessons of the Second Karabakh War. “Armenia again comes forward with territorial claims to Azerbaijan, claims to the Azerbaijani lands,” he said.
He warned the Armenian leadership and countries supporting Armenia to quit pursuing such “dirty actions”.
“From the liberated village of Talysh, we warn some countries that stand behind Armenia’s back, refrain from these dirty actions. No outside force can influence the will of the Azerbaijani state, the people,” he added.
He reiterated that Azerbaijan wants peace in the region but Armenian actions are hampering that goal.
