People Defense Forces aka PDF opened fire, while on drive and indulged in shooting on Tatmadaw points in Sagaing in Myanmar

The People's Defence Forces (PDF), which is the armed wing of the National Unity Government (NUG) has opened fire, while on the drive by shooting on Tatmadaw points in Monywa, Sagaing in Myanmar.

The couple of attackers who attacked the Tatmadaw were reportedly using pair of 7.62x39mm Kachin-made M23 "K-09" assault rifles.

The primary targets of the PDF was the forces of the Tatmadaw, which is the official name of the armed forces of Myanmar. Tatmadaw is administered by the Ministry of Defence, which comprises of Myanmar Army, the Myanmar Navy and the Myanmar Air Force.
