Welcome to TrimFeed (the “Platform”), (“TrimFeed,” “we,” or “us”).

You are currently reading the terms of service (the “Terms”), which constitute the agreement and outline the relationship between you and us, as well as the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Platform and our associated websites, services, applications, products, and content (collectively referred to as the “Services”). Our Services are meant for personal, non-commercial use only. Within these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to you as a user of the Services.

We urge you to read these Terms carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

  1. Accepting the Terms

By accessing or using TrimFeed’s Services, you confirm your ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with TrimFeed, your acceptance of these Terms, and your compliance with them. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are available on the Platform or your mobile device’s app store and are incorporated by reference here. Your use of the Services indicates your consent to the Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you acknowledge that “you” and “your” encompass both you as an individual and the business or entity. You affirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms, which also obligate the entity. The entity is responsible for your access to the Services, as well as that of any affiliated individuals, including employees, agents, or contractors.

Acceptance of these Terms is achieved by accessing or using the Services, and such action signifies your agreement to these Terms. We recommend keeping a saved or printed copy of these Terms for your records.

  1. Changes to the Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services’ functionality, regulatory adjustments, or the consolidation of multiple apps or services. We will strive to inform all users of significant changes, such as through notices on our Platform. The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they last took effect. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Services.

Accessing certain Services requires creating an account. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary. We reserve the right to deactivate your account for any reason, including Terms violations. If you wish to delete your account, contact us at https://tr.im/contact-us for instructions. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Your access to and use of the Services must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include unauthorized copying, modification, use for commercial purposes without our consent, interference with the Services’ operation, impersonation, harassment, and uploading harmful or illegal content.

Compliance with our Community Guidelines is also required. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion for any reason. Automated systems analyze your content for personalization and security purposes.

Respect for intellectual property rights is essential. By using the Services, you agree not to infringe on any such rights. We may block access or terminate accounts of users who violate intellectual property rights.

A. TrimFeed Content Content on the Services, including software, images, text, and other materials, is owned or licensed by TrimFeed. Use of TrimFeed Content is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted by us. Revenues generated from the Services, including advertising and virtual items, benefit us unless otherwise agreed.

B. User-Generated Content Users can share and create content, but must adhere to our guidelines. By submitting content, you grant TrimFeed a broad license to use, distribute, and monetize your content. Ensure you have the necessary rights to any content you post.

  1. Indemnity You agree to indemnify TrimFeed and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms.

  2. Exclusion of Warranties The Services are provided "as is," without warranties. We disclaim all liability for indirect losses and emphasize that our Services are for personal use, not commercial purposes.

  3. Other Terms These Terms are governed by HK law, and disputes will be resolved through arbitration in HK. They constitute the entire agreement between you and TrimFeed. Users must be over 13 years old. We are not responsible for security breaches and recommend protective measures for your devices.
