This trend reflects the evolving metaverse ecosystem, which is incorporating augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) experiences across industries.

For instance, Infosys launched Zoiee, a hyperpersonalized learning assistant for its employees. This avatar-based assistant utilizes user input and job-related data to suggest courses and certifications that can enhance employees’ skills and meet their learning goals. It even adapts its attire based on occasions, donning festive costumes during Christmas and masks during the pandemic.
