The majority of Northern Ireland teachers are set to go on strike for the first time in five years following the half-term break in a dispute over pay. A man from Bath who created and then shared a video detailing how to make explosives was found guilty of terrorism-related offences. Elliot Brown was found guilty at Bristol Crown Court on Monday of two offences following an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing South West (CTPSW). The 25-year-old recorded a video in which he used a smart device to explain how to make a specific explosive substance. Across UK fresh snow and ice warnings have been issued for large parts of Britain as temperatures are set to plunge well below zero.
