Polish tennis player Tomasz Berkieta has made it to the semifinals of the under-18s tournament at the Australian Open, following a series of impressive wins. In his latest match, Berkieta defeated fourth-seeded Arthur Gea,
Gea won the first set 6-3, but Berkieta managed to turn the match around by winning the next two sets 6-2 and 7-6. In the super tie-break, the 16-year-old Polish player kept his cool and secured the win with a score of 10-8.
Berkieta’s next opponent will be American Learner Tien.
