Russian Opposition Holds Second Congress in Warsaw, Presenting Vision for Future of the Country

Representatives of the Russian opposition will meet in Warsaw and present their vision for Russia. In the Polish capital, they plan to open their office.

This is the Second Congress of Russian People’s Deputies (ZDLR). It will take place on February 20-23 in one of the conference rooms in the center of Warsaw.

Representatives of the Russian opposition plan to present new projects of the Russian constitution, a law on lustration, and a so-called transitional period scenario.
