These shared interests and affinities contribute to the strengthening of cultural bonds and people-to-people exchanges between the two nations.

On the global stage, President Murmu underscored India's recognition as a responsible development partner, a First Responder, and a voice of the Global South. She highlighted India's leading role in various areas such as climate action, counter-terrorism, connectivity, maritime security, financial inclusion, and food security. India's proactive approach and commitment to addressing global challenges further solidify its position as a responsible and influential player on the world stage.

President Murmu commended Serbia's valuable partnership in India's sustainable development cooperation programs.
