The Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, and Czech President Petr Pavel have joined forces in their opposition to Russian imperialism.
President Pavel traveled to Warsaw on Thursday to meet with the head of the Polish government at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
Following their meeting, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki described it as a very productive discussion, stating, “I am happy that at the level of the European Union, at the level of NATO, the Czech Republic and Poland are always mentioned together. Together we are stronger.”
President Pavel echoed Morawiecki’s sentiments, expressing his pride in visiting Poland shortly after his inauguration as the President of the Czech Republic.
He emphasized the significance of their united front against Russian imperialism, saying, “I am glad that we are together in a situation where we have a turning point in the history of our countries and Europe.”
The leaders’ opposition to Russian aggression underscores the importance of regional solidarity and cooperation.
Together, they stand against threats to their respective countries and the broader European community.
