The Communist Party of Vietnam values cooperation with ruling and political parties from other nations, particularly the exchange of theories and policies. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member and Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, has informed Tobias Bank, Secretary General of the Left Party of Germany.
Thang, who is also the Chairman of the Central Theory Council, spoke positively of the results of the third policy discussion and negotiations between the two parties during the visit at a reception in Hanoi on November 23.
In telling the guest about Vietnam’s achievements in the reason of renewal and the construction of a socialist-oriented market system, he underlined the Vietnamese Party and State’s foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralisation and diversification of links, and wider global integration.
Thang expressed gratitude for the two Parties’ and nations’ traditional close friendship and consented that the two Parties should keep striving to strengthen practical and efficient collaboration for peace, cooperation, and development of humanity as a whole and for the advantage of the two peoples in particular.
