Former Minister of State and senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Muhammad Talal Chaudhry recently announced that federal government is providing a subsidy of Rs 100 million for the distribution of free flour in the holy month of Ramadan. Talal CH made this statement while visiting the Floor Distribution Center in Sports Complex Jaranwala and talking to the media.
He praised the government’s initiative to provide free flour to the people during Ramadan, stating that it is the first time in the history of Pakistan that such an effort has been made. He also appreciated the caretaker government of Punjab for taking significant steps to ensure maximum convenience for people in this regard.
The former minister also commended the local administration‘s role in the distribution process, which has enabled the distribution of free flour to the needy. However, he acknowledged that some areas have reported complaints of disorder during the distribution process.
