On November 25, the monthly legislative session of the Government was presided over by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
The Law on Cultural Heritage (amended), the law revising and supplementing numerous provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations, and various other draft laws were discussed by participants.
According to PM Chinh, the National Assembly’s fourth session in October saw the submission of 14 laws by the government, of which six were accepted, seven were considered, and one was changed.
The leader emphasized the importance of creating laws and improving institutions as one of the three strategic breakthroughs, and he urged ministers and government officials to devote enough time, resources, and effort to this work in order to ensure its progress and quality in order to improve conditions for both people and businesses, as well as for production.
