The Aso Rock Presidential Villa is the official residence and workplace of the President of Nigeria. It is located in the Three Arms Zone of Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, and it is named after the 400-meter high Aso Rock that dominates the landscape. The villa was completed in 1991, when Nigeria moved its capital from Lagos to Abuja, and it has hosted several presidents since then.

The Council Chamber

The Council Chamber is where the President holds meetings with his cabinet members, governors, security chiefs, and other important officials. It is a spacious hall with a large oval table in the center and several chairs around it. The walls are decorated with portraits of past presidents and national symbols. The chamber also has a press gallery where journalists can observe and report on the proceedings.

The Press Gallery is where the state house correspondents wait for the President and his guests to address them after their meetings or events. It is located at the exit of the Council Chamber and it has a podium and microphones for the speakers. The press gallery also has a view of the Aso Rock and the surrounding gardens.

The OVP Office

The OVP Office is where the Vice President works and receives visitors. It is located at a separate building from the main presidential villa and it has its own conference room, reception area, and security post. The OVP Office was formerly known as the Aguda House and it was originally conceived as a presidential lodge and guest house complex. It hosted the first ever formal cabinet meeting held outside Lagos in October 1982.

The State House Conference Center

The State House Conference Center is where the President hosts large gatherings such as summits, conferences, banquets, and ceremonies. It is a modern facility with a capacity of over 2,000 people and it has state-of-the-art equipment for audio-visual presentations, interpretation, and communication. The conference center also has a banquet hall, a media center, and a VIP lounge.

The Akinola Aguda House

The Akinola Aguda House is where the Chief Justice of Nigeria lives. It was formerly used as the Vice Presidential Residence from 1999 to 2007, before the construction of a new one commenced. The house was named after Justice Akinola Aguda, who led the panel that recommended the creation of a Federal Capital Territory in 1976.
