Seychelles International Airport Achieves Level 1 Customer Experience Accreditation

In a resounding testament to its commitment to passenger satisfaction and quality service, the Seychelles International Airport (SIA) has achieved Level 1 Customer Experience Accreditation from the prestigious Airport Council International (ACI). The formal presentation of this esteemed accreditation took place amid the glittering stage of the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit in Incheon, South Korea, on September 6, 2023, a momentous occasion attended by airport leaders and industry experts. Garry Albert, Chief Executive of the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA), proudly received this accolade on behalf of SIA.
