Sanatoriums in Poland: A Healthful Sojourn Amidst Nature’s Splendor

Discovering Healing through Nature
Sanatoriums in Poland offer a unique blend of medical care and therapeutic relaxation. Many ways can lead you to these healthful retreats. You can either pay for your stay privately or apply for financial assistance from the National Health Fund (NFZ), the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), or the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS). Sanatorium treatments aim to restore health and aid in recovery after an accident or injury. With officially eight mountain spa towns in the country, we highlight three of the most popular destinations.
