Unprecedented Revenue Growth and Expansion of Bates PanGulf in Q4 2023

WPP company, Bates PanGulf (BPG), has witnessed an impressive surge in its growth during Q4 2023, with revenues increasing by an extraordinary 50%. The company’s revenue now stands in the annualized range of $13 to $15 million, marking a significant rise when compared to previous figures. This remarkable growth has been credited to BPG’s ‘digital first, integrated by intent’ approach, which has led to several strategic victories across the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

Successful Acquisition of Regional Contracts

The company’s growth trajectory has been further boosted by its acquisition of various regional contracts. Some of the notable brands that BPG has secured contracts with include Trojena – The Mountains of NEOM, Wasl, Darna Rewards by Aldar, Uber, and Talabat Kuwait.

Expansion in the Finance and Banking Sector

BPG has broadened its portfolio in the finance and banking sectors, successfully winning branding projects from reputable financial institutions such as First Abu Dhabi Bank, Bank Dhofar, RAKBANK, and Sohar International Bank. The multi-practice engagements encompass integrated marketing, communications, influencer marketing, creative advertising, PR, branding, media services, digital and performance marketing, social media, and content management.

Existing Client Base and Growth in Social Media Division

Among BPG’s existing clients are Ooredoo, Central Bank of Kuwait, Diraya with Kuwait Banking Association, Wooden Bakery, and Domino’s Pizza. The agency’s social media division has also seen a significant expansion, adding new clients such as Porsche UAE (Al Nabooda), Titan Watches, and DMCC.

Rapid Expansion of Customer Experience Practice

BPG’s Customer Experience (CX) practice, a part of the BPG 3.0 initiative, has experienced rapid expansion. It has been delivering CX strategies and assets to clients across Dubai, Kuwait, and Oman and generating over $2 million in annualized revenue. The projects undertaken include website design, sales enablement apps, and UX/UI optimization.

The BPG 3.0 Initiative

Launched after a significant win in Saudi Arabia, the BPG 3.0 initiative aims to provide a unified customer experience through full-service hubs in the UAE and Kuwait. This initiative is supported by BPG Cloudworks, a global remote team spanning several continents. The transformation is driven by a blend of culture, processes, and data, designed to enhance human engagement and integrated intent.
