  A New Dawn for Commuters China recently celebrated a significant milestone in its rail network development with the launch of its first cross-sea high-speed railway, the Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed rail. Eagerly anticipated for five years, the railway began its operations with the inaugural run of train G9801 from Fuzhou South to Xiamen North. The intelligent electric multiple unit (EMU) train, developed and designed independently by China, offers passengers an extraordinarily smooth and fast journey. The high-speed train, boasting a maximum speed of 350 km/hr, is equipped with amenities designed to enhance passenger comfort and experience. These include free WiFi, clear guide signs, a state-of-the-art control system, and a comprehensive safety monitoring system.
