Governor of Kharkiv, on his recent update of the overnight strike in the city’s residential building, said that the 4th floor and partially the 3rd floor of the building were completely destroyed.

In total, 15 residents of the building were evacuated immediately after the explosion, and necessary medical assistance was provided to three injured people. The rescue team of the state emergency service are now examining the neighbouring houses, which may also have been damaged.

In the near future, an examination of the condition of the building will be conducted and a decision will be made on the possibility of its restoration or final demolition. All victims will be provided with temporary housing if necessary.
