Police in Limassol acted swiftly on Friday following an anonymous tip that led to the arrest of a 37-year-old man suspected of stealing a car. The tip, received around 10:30am, provided crucial information about the whereabouts of the stolen vehicle, which was spotted in the Ayios Sylas area.

Stolen Vehicle Recovered, Burglary Connection Established

Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers discovered the stolen vehicle with the suspect seated in the driver's seat. Their investigations revealed that the car had been reported stolen by its owners between May 15 and 26.
