The National Security and Intelligence Agency (NISA) has once again successfully secured a military container at the port of Mogadishu, making it the second container intercepted in less than a week and marking an important achievement in Somalia's ongoing efforts to combat terrorism.

The Federal Government of Somalia's committed soldiers stopped the cargo, which was allegedly carrying supplies bound for Al-Shabaab. During a press briefing, Mohamed Ali Hagaa, the Minister of State for the Ministry of Security of the Federal Government of Somalia, and Abdirahman Yusuf Al-Adalla, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information, provided crucial insights into the recent seizure.

They revealed that the military container was confiscated by the National Security and Intelligence Agency less than 72 hours after the initial seizure.
