Troops of Operation Hadin Kai and Civilian Joint Task Force forces reportedly carried out an intelligence-led offensive in Boko Haram hideouts in Kayamari, Habasha, and Yuwe villages.
The terrorists fled in disarray, leaving behind weapons and at least 50 bikes. The army described the operation as a victory and praised troops for their professionalism and commitment to fighting terrorism.
