15 people hospitalized for dengue fever in the past 24 hours

As of yesterday morning, at least 15 people have been hospitalized for dengue across the country within the past 24 hours. Of these patients, nine are from outside of the capital city, Dhaka.

This brings the total number of dengue cases this year to 489, with six deaths reported, according to the Directorate General of Health Services.

Currently, 53 dengue patients are receiving treatment, with 26 of them being from outside of Dhaka.
