Unveiling the List of Most Wanted Criminals
The Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace in Venezuela has recently published a list of the country’s ten most wanted criminals. The government is offering substantial rewards for information leading to their capture. These individuals are accused of various heinous crimes, including assassination, human trafficking, drug and arms trafficking, extortion, terrorism, and obstruction of commerce.
Leaders of Major Criminal Gangs Top the List
Heading the list is Héctor Guerrero, also known by his alias “Niño Guerrero”. He is the leader of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang. Guerrero is accused of several serious crimes, including assassination, human trafficking, drug and arms trafficking, extortion, terrorism, and obstruction of commerce.
Following Guerrero on the list is Josué Santana, or “Santanita”, the leader of his eponymous criminal organization. Santana is wanted for various crimes including kidnapping, conspiracy to commit a crime, homicide, human trafficking, and drug trafficking, primarily operating in Lara state.

Other Notable Figures on the List
The list also includes Wilexis Acevedo, the leader of the El Wilexis gang operating in Miranda state, specifically in Petare. Acevedo is the third most wanted person in Venezuela, accused of homicide, vehicle theft, and banditry.
Also mentioned are Carlos Calderón, known as “el Vampi”, and Garbis Ochoa, or “el Garbis”. These individuals are leaders of a gang operating in Cota 905 and are wanted for conspiracy to commit a crime, kidnapping, extortion, and terrorism.
Further Individuals on the List
Darwin Rivas, nicknamed “el Cagón”, is wanted in Trujillo state for obstruction of commerce, kidnapping, illegal arms trafficking, and vehicle theft. Additionally, Óscar Guzmán, a member of the Conas gang in Zulia state, is wanted for extortion, kidnapping, illegal arms trafficking, and escape.
In Zulia state, two other individuals are being sought after. Guillermo Boscán, known as “el Yiyi”, and Erick Parra, known as “el Yeiko Masacre”. Boscán, a member of the Los Wades gang, is wanted for homicide, obstruction of commerce, and trafficking of strategic materials. Parra, the leader of a gang bearing his nickname, is wanted for illegal arms trafficking, extortion, and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Rounding Off the List
The tenth most wanted individual is Oscar Noguera, known as “Oscar del Llano” from Guárico state. He is wanted for conspiracy to commit a crime, homicide, illegal arms trafficking, and vehicle theft.
The Reward for Information
The Venezuelan authorities are offering rewards for information that could lead to the capture of these individuals, hoping that this incentive will encourage the public to aid in their efforts to bring these criminals to justice.
