According to Superintendent Ahmad Mohsin, the victim's 34-year-old daughter confessed to physically assaulting her mother, striking her face and head, during an argument that erupted at 9 am the previous day. The daughter, who had been under considerable stress due to the challenges of caring for her partially paralyzed mother following a stroke, admitted to the act.
