UAE and Indian humanitarian aid arrives in Syria

Two UAE and Indian planes arrived on Wednesday at Damascus International Airport, carrying humanitarian and medical aid for those affected by the earthquake.

Syrian Official Media reported that the aid aircraft coming from India carries about six tons of medical equipment and medicines.

Chargéd ’Affaires of the Indian Embassy in Damascus, Satender Kumar Yadav, said: Another aircraft, carrying medical relief materials has been prepared and it will arrive in the next 24 hours.
