Bus accident in Jammu-Srinagar National Highway leaves 4 dead and several injured

On Saturday, a bus carrying non-locals turned turtle close to a bridge in Gooripora Awantipora, leaving four people dead and several others injured. The accident occurred in the Barsoo neighborhood of the Pulwama district in south Kashmir.

Local reports suggest that the driver lost control of the bus in the Jammu and Kashmir district. The injured passengers were immediately taken to various hospitals for medical attention. Reports indicate that four of the victims were from Bihar. Further details are awaited.
