Ganesh Chaturthi: A Grand Bollywood Celebration
Ganesh Chaturthi, a vibrant festival that celebrates the birth of Lord Ganesha, is a time of joy and festivities across India. Known for their larger-than-life celebrations, Bollywood celebrities have taken this annual event to new heights. Among the grandest celebrations was the one held at the residence of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, which saw a host of celebrities in attendance.

Star-studded Gathering at Shilpa Shetty’s Residence
Prominent personalities from the film industry made their way to Shilpa Shetty’s residence in Mumbai to join in the celebration. Among the attendees were Malaika Arora, Pooja Hegde, Govinda with his family, Tanishaa Mukerji, Abhimanyu Dassani, and the couple Riteish Deshmukh-Genelia D’Souza. All were dressed in their festive best, reflecting the spirit of the occasion. Malaika Arora chose an orange fusion dress, Pooja Hegde appeared in a beautiful green saree, and Riteish and Genelia were seen twinning in red.
Also present at the event were Shilpa’s sister, Shamita Shetty, their mother, and Govinda with his wife Sunita Ahuja and son Yashvardan Ahuja. Other notable attendees included Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani. Shilpa Shetty took to Instagram to share a family picture, showcasing her husband Raj Kundra, son Viaan, and daughter Samisha all dressed in coordinated outfits.
Shilpa Shetty’s Upcoming Film Projects
In addition to the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, Shilpa Shetty has been making headlines for her upcoming film projects. Her next film, “Sukhee,” is set to release on September 22nd. The movie marks the directorial debut of Sonal Joshi and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vikram Malhotra, and Shikhaa Sharma.

Shilpa will also be seen in Rohit Shetty’s OTT debut “Indian Police Force,” which will be available on Amazon Prime. The show features Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi alongside Shilpa. Additionally, she will make an appearance in the movie “KD-The Devil” as Satyavati, sharing the screen with V Ravichandran and Sanjay Dutt. This film will be a pan-India multilingual release, available in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi.
