

The beloved Disney Princess Concert is all set to make a grand return to the Taft Theater in Cincinnati on March 8, 2024. The concert is a celebration of the music of Disney’s iconic princesses and has been captivating audiences for generations. The concert features a lineup of 30 songs from Disney’s most popular princesses, all performed by seasoned Broadway stars. Adding to the intrigue, songs from some of Disney’s most iconic heroes and villains will also be included in the performance.
The concert promises to bring larger than life animation and theatrical effects to the stage, immersing the audience in pure Disney magic. Attendees will have the opportunity to relive their VHS glory days and are encouraged to take part in the fun by dressing up as their favorite Disney characters for the event. Disney princess songs like “How Far I’ll Go,” “A Whole New World,” “Just Around the Riverbend,” “Part of Your World,” “Almost There,” and “Let It Go” are among the favorites to be performed.
The 2024 cast includes a host of acclaimed Broadway and television stars. Included are Lissa de Guzman, who appeared in Broadway’s Aladdin and Wicked, along with Syndee Winters, who played Nala in Broadway’s The Lion King. Also taking the stage will be Moulin Rouge and Waitress’ Adam J. Levy, as well as That’s So Raven and Raven’s Home co-star Anneliese van der Pol, who was Broadway’s final Belle in Beauty and the Beast. Fiddler on the Roof and The Secret Life of Bees’ Benjamin Rauhala will serve as the musical director.
Tickets for the concert will become available for purchase on Friday morning at 10 a.m. through the official website, disneyprincessconcert.com. The concert is recommended for a general audience and is suggested for ages 6 and up. All persons entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket. The 2024 tour includes new arrangements and song additions, adding the music of some of Disney’s greatest heroes and villains. The program will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, including one 20-minute intermission.
Since its debut in Saudi Arabia and its inaugural US tour throughout the 2021-2022 season, Disney Princess – The Concert has visited 18 countries on 5 continents prior to the new US 2024 leg, including the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Brazil, Poland, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, China, and Thailand. The concert has also performed with the legendary Boston Pops and the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center, showcasing the global appeal and popularity of Disney’s musical magic.
